Grok Bot for business

Grok Bot is xAI's team of always-on agents. Each Bot has a job, its own memory, and access to a shared cloud computer, and Bots can hand work to each other.

Last updated October 2026. Grok Bot launched in early beta in August 2026. Verify availability and capabilities before deciding.

What it does

You message a Bot like a colleague. It works across apps and websites, including ones with no clean API, using computer control where connectors do not exist. You can teach it a process by showing it once, save it as a skill or routine, and let it run on a schedule. Several Bots can share context and coordinate on one job.

Why a business uses it

It is built for delegation rather than single questions. If your work looks like a queue of multi-step tasks that need someone to own each one, the multi-bot model fits: one Bot per lane, with a coordinator on top. Availability is tied to higher paid tiers during beta.

Where it needs care

Because Bots work in real tools and can act on their own, the important work is defining what each one owns and where it must stop.

  • Give each Bot one clear job, not a general one.
  • Set the approval line for anything external.
  • Review routines before they run unattended.
  • Keep an eye on accounts that several Bots share.

How I deploy it

I define the roster of Bots, write the roles and skills, connect the systems, and set the approvals and handoffs so work moves without turning into noise. Where a Bot needs to reach a system that has no connector, I build the bridge.
